Fort Young Hotel, Dominica
The project involves the conservation and conversion of the original 18th century fort and associated buildings. This project includes the redesign of the existing hotel and the design of a new hotel block. The project also includes the design of the new Palisades restaurant, pool and bar facilities, and a 200-seater conference center.
Dublin Airport Central Phase 1 (DAC 1), Ireland
Dublin Airport Central is Ireland’s next generation business destination, offering unrivalled international and national connectivity, directly opposite Terminal 2. The design and build of Phase 1 of the Schiphol like “office city” involves 20,000 square meters of Grade A LEED Gold standard office space, an elevated link bridge for ease of access from the offices to terminal 2 and a large urban realm which significantly enhances the DAC “green” campus.
Bermuda L.F. Wade International Airport
Construction of a new, state-of-the-art passenger terminal officially began at Bermuda’s L.F. Wade International Airport in March 2017, marking the beginning of a multi million-dollar redevelopment project. The 277,300ft² passenger facility will feature state-of-the-art technologies and design elements.

Park Hyatt, St.Kitts. Caribbean
The Park Hyatt luxury hotel is set within the Christophe Harbour Development on Banana Bay, within the most natural and untouched region of this beautiful island. Argo would have provided Design Management and Value Engineering services for External Works and Hard Landscaping at Park Hyatt, St.Kitts.
